Boston Baptist College Dromitory, Milton MA

The first of three planned dormitories was built for the Boston Baptist College in 2006 by a design-build team lead by Curtis Construction Company. It houses 35 students in double and triple rooms and includes a common room and student laundry. The simple program combined with the design-build process resulted in a very economical cost of $30,000 per bed.
