Vine Street Melrose MA is the latest SRO developed by Caritas Communities Inc. Originally a single family residence, the former nursing home included an adjacent barn and several utilitarian additions. It has been transformed into a 14 room residence with private baths and common kitchen, common room and laundry facilities.  The exterior has been restored to fit within the historic urban context.
